Most of the surgeries included in double-jaw surgery are judged after taking x-rays. For example, you may think on your own that you have a protruding lower jaw and feel like it will cost a lot of money... but after going to the hospital, there are cases where it can be corrected just by slightly shaving down the tip of the chin. Of course, there are also cases where everything is exposed. The directors probably will hardly diagnose patients before seeing the x-ray images. Bones are inside the skin, and surgery involves working on the bone, so it is difficult to make a definite judgment just by looking at the outside without seeing the bone structure. Gathering information online may end up being mostly wasted effort. I hope you go straight to the hospital you have in mind~
