Removal of Paranasal Augmentation Surgery

I had paranasal augmentation surgery 6 months ago and had it removed 3 months ago. I didn’t go in because I wanted paranasal augmentation surgery; during the consultation, I somehow ended up doing it on the spot. After surgery, one side of my nose wouldn’t move when I smiled, and I went through mental distress, so in the end I had it removed 3 months ago. Now, more than 3 months later, sensation in my philtrum and part of my upper lip still has not fully returned. I take comfort in the fact that the side of my nose that didn’t move now moves again when I smile, but I can’t help feeling upset. On the same day at the same hospital, I also had fat grafting done by another doctor, and now 6 months later, I’m not satisfied with it. Before removing the paranasal implant, I said that one nostril didn’t move when I smiled, and the doctor said, “There is no other way. If you’re taking something like wedding photos, I can temporarily inject Botox for you.” I remember feeling really upset. In the end, after the removal surgery, I emailed them saying my sensation wasn’t returning well, but they haven’t even read the email. I feel like I’d just be upset again even if I went in and told them, so I’m not going to the hospital and am just hoping I get better quickly. Even after removing paranasal augmentation surgery, it doesn’t seem like your face returns 100% to the way it originally was. I deeply regret why I had to spend money and time on something unnecessary and go through mental distress for so long.
