How nice would it have been if it had worked the first time.. After the surgery anesthesia, I resolved never to do it again, but here I am going around getting consultations again, sigh~ I went to two places! At the first place, they said my nose was crooked, so they would put silicone in again, raise the height a little, and finish the tip with septal cartilage. For me, the tip is especially important first of all.. At the second place, they said I have extra tissue on my nose, so they would remove it, and since raising the height might make it obvious, they’d keep it as is, and because the bridge is too high, they would remove that and then use septal cartilage. They said silicone could become crooked again, so they would use Gore-Tex instead. The first doctor feels more trustworthy to me, but at the second place, they explained a lot of things, so I’m drawn to that too. If they remove tissue from the nose, does it make the nose much slimmer? Can septal cartilage alone make a bulbous nose slimmer? If septal cartilage is used, does the nose get longer? Since it’s revision surgery, I’m becoming very cautious and worried ㅠㅠ
