Second revision rhinoplasty.. so the 3rd nose surgery overall Using donated rib cartilage, about how much did it cost everyone? I went to consultations at 3 places, and even with review discounts, they all quoted me in the mid-to-high 9 million won range... Do people usually negotiate more after hearing the price? I was thinking around 7-8 million, but it came out close to 10 million, so I was flustered... I know it differs from person to person, but I didn't get ripped off, right? I didn't even try negotiating.. How much did everyone pay for secondary revision rhinoplasty?
