Ha, it has been 5 years since surgery. Recently, something presumed to be cartilage has started protruding a little from just below the nasal tip, and it has gradually moved upward, so now it is clearly visible even from the front. At first there was not really any color, but now it looks different with a bit of a white tone, like some kind of pimple. As far as I remember, the surgery I had was nasal tip cartilage tying and nostril reduction. The hospital where I originally had surgery has closed down, so I recently went for a consultation at another hospital, and they suggested lowering the nasal tip. I do not mind lowering the nasal tip. Even before surgery, I originally had no complaints about my nasal bridge or nasal tip, but ...
