Before, I had surgery using septal cartilage, and one side of the septum inside my nose was protruding. Did that improve and go back in? On the right side of my septum, it is protruding very hard, and it has turned white as if it is about to break through. This is stressing me out so much. For those who had symptoms similar to mine before total removal, did it disappear after removal?
