I’m so nervous I could die, I can’t sleep My appointment is at 3 p.m., and they’re telling me not to eat anything for 3 hours from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m. It’s only three hours, but I can’t stand not eating People who have general anesthesia have to fast from the evening before, so it must have been even harder. For me it’s only three hours, but even the thought that I have to hold back from eating is painful hahaha So just now I grilled and ate the leftover American chuck flap tail again~ About 200 g and one bowl of rice, eating light^^* hahaha For me, that’s eating light~ They said to eat something soft in the morning.. What should I eat......... At least it’s sedation anesthesia, so it feels less burdensome......... But thinking about making an incision inside my mouth makes my knees shake. I also went to the public bathhouse earlier. Normally, after going to the bathhouse, I’d fall asleep right away, drifting off~ But I still can’t sleep and I’m like this They say after general anesthesia, it takes more than a month for internal organ function to return to normal. And it shortens your lifespan by 5 years. When getting jaw and cheekbone surgery, make sure to do it at a place with sedation anesthesia technology~ I’ve had an experience under general anesthesia where I nearly stopped breathing Now I need to get at least a little sleep..............
