Since I’m a student, I wanted it to look natural, but I also wanted my bulbous nose correction to be definite. I had a slight hump, so it was shaved down, and I had bulbous nose correction (cartilage tying and nostril reduction). My columella was lowered, and they used my septal cartilage and ear cartilage. My skin was originally thick, so my nose didn’t become extremely small, but the before and after difference is clear lolololol My friends said it turned out well.
