Since I’m a student, I wanted it to look natural, but I also wanted my bulbous nose to be corrected clearly. I had a slight hump, so it was shaved down, and I had bulbous nose correction (cartilage tying and alar reduction). My columella was lowered, and septal cartilage and ear cartilage were used. My skin was originally thick, so my nose didn’t become extremely small, but the before and after is definite lololololol My friends said it turned out well.
