I worried a lot about whether nose filler would spread, but I went ahead after believing the doctor when he said that if you use a good filler in the proper amount, it will never spread. I only did 0.4 cc and did not get greedy. If I had put in 1 cc, it would have looked too much and puffy, but because I did not get greedy, it turned out naturally pretty.
