If I do it, will it turn out like this? Based on the consultations I've had, they said my nose isn't a severely bulbous nose, but that the alar cartilage at the nasal tip has stretched out, so it became broad and spread out~;; Would it be possible to get the look of after 1 to 3 with only nasal tip cartilage tying?? I'm satisfied with both my current nasal bridge height and nasal tip height, but it's because of the broad, spread-out nasal tip when viewed from the front;;; Should I do the nasal tip cartilage, or should the nostril wings that touch the cheeks be gathered inward... It's really ambiguous... If you've experienced this, please let me know!
