I made an appointment and went to the hospital today. I had my nasal tip done with septal cartilage + ear cartilage, and they said that when septal cartilage is used, because there is nothing in the area where the septal cartilage used to be, blood can sometimes collect there. I was that case, and there is also a method of making an incision to drain the blood, but since the inside of my nose was very red and swollen (to the point that it was hard to breathe), they said they would suture inside the septum to drain the blood (I don’t really understand what that means) I had sedation anesthesia again, and inside my nose, like when I first had the surgery, they stitched it up, so it really pulls. Fortunately, they didn’t put cotton in, so I can breathe well Among those who had surgery using septal cartilage, has anyone had blood collect like this?
