Because of swelling after fat grafting.......

It’s been 20 days since fat grafting (almost 3 weeks). I had my forehead, anterior cheeks, and nasolabial folds done.. But....... My forehead.......... looks like it’s protruding. There’s swelling between my eyes at the glabella, and my nose looks upturned Far from looking smaller, my face seems to look even bigger At home they’re saying, isn’t all this swelling already gone? The clinic said that by 3 weeks it would come out in a nicely settled shape, so I don’t know if my swelling is severe or if everyone is originally like this............... I really want to go back to how I looked before. They say time is the medicine.. Will all the swelling go down by one month? There isn’t much time left. They say that by almost one month only 10% is left and the rest is gone, but I’ve looked almost the same since right after surgery Especially because of my forehead, the area between my brows looks wide, and should I say my eyes look sunken? They say the surgery went well, so why is this happening............
