20 days after surgery....

When I write in detail, it keeps getting deleted, so I’m annoyed.... For reference, I’m in my late 30s.. I had fat grafting to my forehead, nasolabial folds, cheeks, and chin tip, and also had square-jaw surgery,, More than the square-jaw surgery, the fat grafting was, more than I expected... The areas where fat was harvested and my face hurt when touched for about ten days,, and the sensation when touching was strange too,,, Swelling peaked on the third day,, and went down little by little each day. After two weeks passed.. In my case, my face changed a lot compared with before. My own face still feels unfamiliar to me,, but still, I like it^^ I got prettier,, I look younger,, and my skin looks firm too,, My image became more refined haha For the square jaw, it was swollen immediately after surgery, but I could feel the line had softened,, and now it’s a pretty oval shape!!! I think because I did fat grafting together, my face shape looks prettier and smaller.. There is still scar tissue inside my mouth and the boundary between my chin and neck still seems a bit swollen and bulging(??), and eating is uncomfortable too, but time will fix this, right?? Ah~~~~~ But the fat is disappearing How nice would it be if only the swelling went down and it stayed in this perfectly pretty state for a long, long time?? I’m most disappointed about the fat under my chin,, Even though I didn’t do a V-line surgery, I got a V-line effect because of the fat, but it feels like it’s gradually turning into a U-line, so I’m really upset.. When I get the second injection, I’ll have to ask them to put in a lot..
