Entering day 32 after cheekbone surgery..

I had double eyelid surgery and cheekbone surgery together. There wasn't much bleeding, so I didn't even have a drain, and I was discharged after being hospitalized for one day. I can't really tell, but people said that compared with others, I had less swelling and the surgery went well. When I first saw myself, should I say it looked like the face of someone who had been overfilled with fillers?.. I couldn't open my mouth well, so I couldn't brush my teeth for a week and only used mouthwash. After about 2 weeks, the major swelling went down, and I could eat well except for hard foods. But why do my cheekbones sometimes feel tingling? I'm scared ㅠㅡㅠ sob When I walk in heels, my cheekbones throb, and when I get exposed to cold wind, they sometimes tingle. If I lightly press the side cheekbone with my hand and then let go, it feels like someone is pressing hard on it ~ ugh~chills~ Sometimes my cheekbones tingle too... ah~ah~ it's really hard. I regret doing it. I got greedy trying to become prettier... It's been a month since my face changed, but honestly, I can't tell. My face was originally small, and my cheekbones weren't that severe either.. Right now it just looks like a face overfilled with fillers. Like I have candy in my cheeks..ㅡㅡ;; I had fixation done through an intraoral incision and a sideburn incision.. Does the sideburn incision leave a scar? Those who have had it, please tell me When I touch inside my mouth with my tongue, it's bumpy. What happens to this? Also, what's weird is that on some days the swelling goes down a bit more, then after sleeping and waking up it swells more again. How is it for others? For me, day by day it swells more then goes down, like this ㅡㅡ;; Sometimes it suddenly swells more too When will it go down,,, It's painful. And when will I be able to drink alcohol?
