Since today is Sunday, it’s the 27th, 28th, 29th, 30th, and 31st, so it’s day 5. The runny nose hasn’t been that bad since last night. My right nostril is completely blocked, but my left nostril is wide open lol Breathing is okay. The swelling seems to be clearly in the downtrend now. The bruising has spread a bit around the double-eyelid area, but the under-eye area has improved. My right jaw seems to be acting up a bit.. It feels better when I keep an ice pack wrapped around it. It was the area that caused trouble when I had surgery before... I’m a little scared. My skin is rough.. it’s become like tree bark. I soaked a cotton pad with toner and wiped lightly, but there isn’t much difference. My lower back isn’t great, so except for the first day I spent most of the time lying down. Still, I’m glad it seems to be okay. For my lower back I’m doing warm compresses.. and for my face I’m doing cold compresses, just like this.
