My nose was extremely low, so I really went through a lot

I had surgery today.. Because it was a revision surgery... the silicone from my first surgery was about 5 mm... so the director was really flustered lol During the consultation, he hadn’t thought it looked that low.. My nose was too low.. and the cartilage was weak too, so they used AlloDerm and suddenly ended up using ear cartilage too.. Ah I really thought that when it comes to surgery to become prettier, I could do anything, and during my first surgery, it was almost all under sedation, so I woke up near the end.. But.. this surgery.. although it was under local anesthesia, I could feel everything The sound of shaving bone.. lifting the nose,, The director was kind, so I talked with him and didn’t notice the time passing, but really, starting from 30 minutes before it ended.. tears just started flowing without me realizing it. Even when the director asked if it hurt, I held it in and kept going.. Blood kept going into my mouth What was supposed to take a little over 1 hour took about 2 hours because there was a bit of a problem with my nose~~ Ah, I thought if only I could become prettier, I could do every surgery, but maybe because it was revision surgery, it was really very hard... But where do they take ear cartilage from?????? I think plastic surgery is good because it can give you confidence and make you prettier, but sometimes when people get side effects,, it makes my heart hurt I hope everyone, everyone becomes prettier through plastic surgery.
