Warning: nose hairs and pores in the photo... I had revision rhinoplasty with autologous costal cartilage about 4 years ago, and around 2-3 months ago, something kind of long (about 2 cm?) like fishing line came out of my nose?? It was like a transparent, thin thread.. So I asked the hospital, and they said it was originally dissolvable suture, but it might not have dissolved, and if it bothered me, I could cut it myself. (The hospital is in Seoul and I’m in Busan, so it was a bit hard to go.) So I just cut off the long part with small scissors and have been going about my life, but starting a few days ago, my nose became swollen and painful. So I just took a photo with my camera, and I can see what looks like some kind of knot and a fairly large whitish thing. It’s not nasal crust, so is that cartilage... Is it that a lot of the knot is showing.. Either way, shouldn’t neither of them be visible?? Please give me some advice
김오포 This is just my personal opinion, but it really does look like sutures. I don’t think you need to worry too much.

으앜넘어려워 [@Heratera] Yeah I just went to a nearby ENT clinic and had the inside of my nose checked, and according to that doctor, it looks like nasal crust. But how does this look like nasal crust.... They said they weren’t sure, but they seemed like they really didn’t know.. Plus, they tried to remove the nasal crust, but said they couldn’t.. Then am I just supposed to leave it alone? Sigh
