If I only remove the nasal bridge silicone, will there be a big step-off with the nasal tip? I did have the hump on my nasal bridge shaved, but it wasn’t extremely severe, and the nasal bridge silicone is 13 mm, so it isn’t extremely high either, but I want to leave the nasal tip alone Would it be better to remove everything all the way to the nasal tip?
