One month after nose surgery

It is the day marking one month since my nose surgery. After thinking about it for years, I finally had the surgery during this vacation. Through an acquaintance's referral, I had surgery with someone so famous that just hearing the name would make people say, ah... that person?? During the consultation, I was overwhelmed by the director's presence, couldn't say what I wanted properly, and got on the operating table trusting that he would do well. Other directors draw the shape on the patient's face in the director's office, explain everything one by one, and then head to the operating room but I went straight to the operating room without that process. One week later, after removing the bandage and looking at the shape of my nose, I could feel a little that the bridge was more defined but I was still dissatisfied with the nasal tip. I comforted myself, thinking it probably just wasn't noticeable yet because of swelling. A few days later, I went to the clinic for a follow-up but the doctor was away at a seminar so I spoke with the consultation manager. When asked if I was satisfied, far from answering 'yes,' I just teared up.. But I absolutely did not cry.. In a trembling voice, I said the nasal tip had sunk and that people said it didn't even look noticeable and the response I got was that they would give me an injection. Does it make any sense to offer an injection to someone who had surgery because they didn't want injections? It's obvious it will wear off after a few years, but they were saying it absolutely wouldn't wear off.. When I asked if there was no other method, they said the only option was revision surgery.. I haven't met the director yet, but I'm secretly looking forward to what he will say. I definitely want revision surgery, but I wonder if plastic surgery clinics actually do revision surgery in cases like this.. The person who introduced me said they would talk to them, but will it really work?? They won't say they'll redo it and then make it even stranger... even more painful... or mess around with it, right?? These days, whenever I look at my nose, I get so irritated I could die.. ---------------------------------------------- I went to the clinic. But as expected, I still couldn't meet the director (he seems busier than the president) They told me the surgery would take 3 hours and to go kill time... I just left.. I only talked with the consultation manager for a few seconds and came back after deciding to redo it after 3 months. This time, when I do it, I will really bring photos of the nose I want and speak confidently. I deeply regret not doing that at first. If anyone is about to have nose surgery, even if the director is the president, I don't think you should be scared or intimidated. Confidently communicate your wishes and I think it would be good to talk in advance about the basic surgical method and what will happen if the result doesn't turn out well later... I didn't even know the surgical method....
