I had silicone put in the bridge of my nose and ear cartilage put in the nasal tip. Honestly, I wanted it to be subtle, so I wanted a closed approach, but somehow every plastic surgery clinic I went to for consultations said they would do it with an open approach ...ㅠㅠㅠ Do people often use the open approach these days? Or do they mostly use the closed approach?ㅠㅠㅠㅠ
