If there are any ladies who, like me, have been too scared to get LASIK, I definitely recommend it! Honestly, eyes are such an important part, so I had worried a lot too, but after seeing someone I know get the surgery, I went ahead with same-day surgery! My eyes are a little unusual, you know? At the ophthalmology clinic, they measure your vision and have you wear glasses that look like huge magnifying lenses while reading letters, right? Mine had never been corrected properly in one go.. But here, for the first time, they adjusted it well in one go! And they said my eyes have slight amblyopia I had only suspected it, but this was the first time I actually heard it. So I was worried, but my astigmatism and myopia were corrected well, and my vision came out to 1.0. (Before surgery, the highest corrected vision of my life was 0.8.) On the day of surgery, I could see well enough that coming alone would have been fine, and about 2 hours later it hurt for around 3 hours, then I could go right back to daily life. It does not hurt much, so I hope you do not worry too much and give it a try. As for dryness,, I am originally the type who does not feel it much, so even after surgery, I do not have any major discomfort.
