I'm on day 9 after surgery now My original nose was kind of big and round, with a slight hump The hump has clearly been shaved down even now.. but I honestly can't tell if the osteotomy is actually doing anything or if the swelling is still hiding it. I have a few questions, so please give me tiny detailed answers ^^ 1. After osteotomy, is it good to press both nasal bones with your hands? 2. About how long does osteotomy swelling take before the shape becomes visible? (The area where the bridge of the nose connects to the cheeks still feels smooth...) 3. Do you all still feel heat in your face? It's even hard to smile because of my nose the muscles....
