If you do the nasal tip with ear cartilage, is it naturally normal for the nasal tip to go up? It looks completely like Michael Jackson or something. Does the nasal tip come down? If not, I’m going to have revision surgery. It’s been 8 days since silicone for the nasal bridge and ear cartilage for the nasal tip.
