Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-review

Revision surgery or complete removal...

Hello. I had surgery last December. I had silicone 3.5 mm + osteotomy on both sides of the nose + bulbous nose tip work, everything. 1. As you can see from the photos.. the bulbous nose doesn’t seem to have improved; If you look at the photo taken from under the nose, the nostrils and alar lobules are 1:1!!!!!!;;; The alar lobules are too big. The nasal tip is hard and I often feel like it is swollen. I understand that both ear cartilage + nasal septal cartilage were used.. 2. My nose is crooked.. The philtrum and upper lip are crooked together too. If I smile even a little, the lip twisting is completely noticeable. 3. My nasal bridge originally wasn’t exactly low.. but the glabella area feels too high. Because of the osteotomy, in real life compared with the photo, the upper nasal bridge looks very thin and pointed.. not wide like Amy.. Under fluorescent light it shows up whiteㅠㅠ Maybe because the skin has thinned, I can also see the ll border from the side. Right now I’m thinking of removing all the silicone and the nasal tip material completely~ or having revision surgery to replace the bridge with a slightly lower (around 2 mm?) and wider silicone implant. Everyone, how does it look in the photos..ㅠㅠ Please give me lots of opinions!! I took the photos down.. thank you for the comments.
