I got my stitches removed today.. Sigh....... When my mom saw me, she was shocked. She asked how it ended up like this and said no matter how she looks at it, it’s way too strange. I’m a twin. So there’s one more person who looks similar to me. She’s my younger sister by 3 minutes, and she had rhinoplasty 6 months ago. When she had hers and came back after getting the stitches removed, it wasn’t this bad like mine. It at least looked like a human nose, but mine really isn’t a human nose. It’s so strange, no matter how strange, how can it be this strange? The strange shape is one thing. The boundary between the glabella and the nasal bridge is clearly visible. They shaved the side width of my nose, but it looks asymmetric, like they shaved one side and not the other, and my nose wasn’t a short nose. If anything, it was closer to a slightly long nose, but it became so short that it looks upturned like a snub nose, and the nasal alae covering the nose look bulky... And the whole nose itself has become bulky. Maybe the problem is that I asked them to make the nasal tip thick.. The nasal tip shape has also become too blunt.. When I lift my nose, the nostrils are uneven too.. The nasal lobule is very, very, extremely thick. Maybe because of that, there’s no nose shape. The nasal alae and entire nasal lobule look like one piece. Thick.. There should be some kind of boundary? between the nasal alae and nasal bridge? Some shape like that, but there’s no such shape.. it just blends together. All one piece... everything is blunt together.... The nasal bridge isn’t smooth either... The doctor said this nose right now isn’t my real nose, but even if the swelling goes down and it becomes lower, this doesn’t seem like a human-shaped nose. It’s too much, and the nose is way, way too strange.. When my sister did her nose and got her stitches removed, it wasn’t this bad. Still, when stitches are removed, even if swelling goes down later, there’s at least some basic framework, right? What is this... I can only sigh, and I don’t want to meet absolutely anyone... I’m really blinded by tears... I feel like I’m dying...... I don’t know if they shaved the nasal width unevenly.. One side is protruding, and the doctor says it’s pooled blood.. but it’s so hard. It feels like bone.. I wonder if they shaved it wrong. And what about the boundary at the glabella... the glabella and nasal bridge don’t connect naturally. It looks like the nasal bridge was just pasted under the glabella. I can see the boundary... What is this shortened nose... why does it look upturned... There isn’t a single thing I like.. What should I do. The nasal bridge itself is not smooth at all.... It feels like they played a prank on my nose.. Otherwise, can I even write this.. they couldn’t have made it look this disabled-looking.. I’m really going crazy. I’m going to get revision surgery. If I don’t get revision surgery, I don’t think I can live looking like this. What revision surgery methods are there? When can I do it? I want to redo at least the nasal tip..... I really want to die......... I can only sigh..
