I had revision surgery after ten years. Before that, my nose bridge was low and wide, while only the nasal tip was high. It had been built up with a single-piece silicone implant, and since it looked like it was just placed on top of my already slightly high nasal tip, my nose looked so big that only my nose stood out. Still, my overall image was cute, so I put up with it, but people said that if I just redid my nose, I’d look really good... So I really researched it and paid a lot of money at a famous hospital ㅠㅠ My nasal dorsum was wide, so I had osteotomy, and they said my septal cartilage was deviated and couldn’t be used, so they used ear cartilage for the nasal tip, and silicone for the bridge. I told them so many times not to make my nose big, but right now my nose seems too big. The nasal tip, I mean. The upturned part came down, but it’s bigger than before. It feels like most of the swelling is gone.. Should I ask them to lower just the tip a bit again..ㅠㅠ
