The 4 photos on top are before surgery.. The 4 photos below are after.~. They said my nasal bridge was slightly crooked.. so for the nasal bridge area, the columella area, and the hump area where a little bone was protruding and was shaved down, they inserted ear cartilage.... Looking only at the nose, it does feel a little higher than before, but because ear cartilage was put into the nasal bridge and the columella area protrudes, I think my nose looks longer. People around me say they can't really tell and to just live with it, but since I have to live like this for my whole life,, I think the nasal tip of my pre-surgery nose was much better.... My side profile is a little better now than before surgery.. but my front view and overall impression changed.. I'm so upset,. Also, after surgery, when I smile, the columella area sticks out like that, and I hate it so much.. In that respect, was before better?.... They said that if I remove the ear cartilage,, it is hard to return back to my original nose.. so I'm upset.. and depressed. I think my previous image was a bit more feminine, but now maybe I should say it became more heavy-looking.. Because the nose got longer ... my impression isn't good.. Ah, I'm upset Please evaluate. Please tell me how it looks. I don't know what I should do ..,.
