I had Gore-Tex and Medpor removed once before.. and it was really rough. But there’s a slight depression, so I thought about just filling that area with fat, but they said instead of fat grafting, it would be better to harvest dermis and fat. That means I’d have to open it up one more time, which feels burdensome, but I’m wondering if I should just do it cleanly all at once and move on. But I’m not happy with my nasal tip at all, so would dermis be okay all the way to the tip too?
