For reference, I paid for rhinoplasty including the osteotomy fee, but they said osteotomy wasn't necessary and didn't do it.. So I told them I wanted them to do the osteotomy, and they said they would if I wanted, but would there be an additional charge? Also, I'm not happy with the height, so I'm planning to ask them to add a bit more silicone. Would there be an additional charge for that too?? Because they didn't perform nasal bone osteotomy, even though I had nasal bridge surgery, the bridge is not visible in the middle of my nose.. I'm now entering month 3. One month and fifteen days
