I raised my nasal tip with dermis from my buttock After taking the tape off the left side came out looking way too prominent Even my friends ask what happened to my nose I was really stressed so I had another consultation with the director but he got angry at me Even when I look at it again, my nose really looks strange but he seemed to truly not understand that I think this way I like the overall shape of my nose but the left side of the nasal tip is way too prominent, and it really bothers me, so I’m embarrassed to meet my friends and everything The director says the swelling on the right side will go down but I gently touched the right side once and the fat is protruding more, so I don’t think it will go down I don’t think the director will agree to do revision surgery for me I’m going to see him again this week What should I say?
