(Hump nose correction + 1 mm silicone + lowering the nasal tip and columella, and septal cartilage tying) Even before surgery, my nose wasn’t low, so I only had surgery to refine it a bit. The silicone at the glabella kept shifting to the right, so I adjusted it by hand several times and it returned to normal, but on the 3-week mark, my glabella suddenly swelled up, and in the end I had the silicone removed. The hospital says it was a foreign-body reaction.. My glabella did ache a bit, but it wasn’t red, so I didn’t think it was inflammation, but they say it was inflammation. Anyway, after removing it, part of me feels relieved, but maybe I had already gotten used to my face with a higher glabella in that short time, now that the glabella height is gone, something feels empty.ㅡㅡ It had only been raised very slightly, and they said they’ll check on day 5 and decide whether to raise it again with autologous dermis, but if it’s autologous dermis, that means taking skin from the buttock and doing it again, right? I also wanted to lower the columella more, so I mentioned it, and they said they can only lower it by 2 mm.. (Even now, it doesn’t feel like an upturned nose or anything like that,,) Would it be better to have revision surgery again with autologous dermis and lower the columella more too? Or would it be better to just be satisfied with how it is now and not do it? Looking at posts here, it seems like many people have a hard time because the columella area hurts, so I’m worried that being overly greedy for no reason might cause trouble.. What would be best to do?..
