I had revision rhinoplasty today

I had revision surgery at a place in Apgujeong. At first, I had silicone with septal cartilage, (and back then I had no symptoms like inflammation at all) but only my nasal tip was crooked, so I went back and told them, and they said they would do it for free. But they said my septum had no strength, so they even took ear cartilage and placed it next to it. So 7 months later, I had the revision surgery today. When I had the first surgery, they supported the area underneath with thick gauze, so I didn’t know if my nose was bleeding, but this time they didn’t put anything like gauze underneath and only put something inside my nostrils. The surgery ended around 4:30, and now it’s around 8:30, so about 4 hours have passed, but from my left nostril, something that isn’t exactly nasal discharge and isn’t exactly fluid from the wound keeps flowing out as a slightly pale yellow liquid, and from the right side, nosebleed keeps flowing What’s coming out from each side is different, so what is this? But the nosebleed isn’t pouring out continuously; it comes out, then when I wipe it away, it comes out again after a bit, and it seems like the interval between episodes is getting shorter as time passes, so I guess that’s a relief.. On the left, it’s like pale yellow nasal discharge, and on the right, it’s nosebleed.. Is this strange? I’m totally scared..
