I developed inflammation on day 13 after surgery, please help…

Hello It’s day 13 after my nose surgery... I had an open rhinoplasty for the nasal bridge and nasal tip with ear cartilage + silicone. But I don’t know if I’m the type whose swelling goes down slowly, from the early period after surgery I went to the hospital every day for treatment and got antibiotics? Anyway, injections, and I also often got swelling-reducing injections in my nose and had blood drained frequently. Then on day 10, I had all the stitches removed from my ear and nose. I don’t know if one nostril bled, but at some point I saw something like a blood scab? like clotted blood there. After washing, I lightly removed it with a cotton swab, and went back to the hospital on day 13.. The doctor looked and said there was inflammation inside my nose.. He said, “It’s bleeding, why is it bleeding??”.. I didn’t drink or smoke. Of course, I wasn’t a smoker before either.. For now, he said to keep receiving treatment for a few days and that it probably wouldn’t be a big deal. He disinfected my nose and squeezed out the blood pooled inside my nose???????? anyway, that thing.. it hurt so much. I’m really worried.. Can it get better with treatment? Or does the silicone? not suit me, so do I have to remove it? Can it get better with treatment? They put a bandage back on now and I’m so worried. They also put on a small disinfectant cotton? thing.... Cases like this are rare, right?????????? Please reply
