I had it done last Wednesday, and now that the swelling has gone down, I took a photo... These days sebum keeps coming out on my nose... I need to remove it.. but I can’t touch my nose carelessly... I’m only doing packs on my forehead and cheeks... For my nose, I’m just lightly removing sebum with a cotton swab.. but it doesn’t come off well hahaha Does it look like the swelling has gone down a lot??? Looking at it now, the nasal bridge isn’t as high as I expected, so I’m a little disappointed.... Would it have looked strange if it were higher hahaha The doctor said he did it to suit me.. but I’m a bit disappointed with the height.. I like the nasal tip because the columella came out as much as I wanted.. Originally my nasal tip had a lot of flesh, so haha it didn’t come out very slim, but still, it’s much better than before surgery, so I’m happy haha I had 5 mm silicone for the nasal bridge, ear cartilage for the nasal tip, columella, and nasal septum done. I’m curious whether the nose suits my image well hahaha I think there’s still a bit of facial swelling left haha It feels like it doesn’t look too obviously surgical hahaha
