Today it's almost been a month, so I went to the hospital, and when I said the nasal bone area beside the left nasal bridge is protruding, they said they didn't touch that area... They said something like if they shaved that down it would be hard to breathe or whatever;; And when I said my nasal tip is too upturned, they said about 100 degrees is ideal.. I'm a man... I didn't use an implant, had osteotomy, raised it by about 1 mm with autologous dermis, and used ear cartilage for the nasal tip.. It looks so upturned that I'm really upset I want to get revision surgery right away, but the doctor keeps saying it's nothing and that it's ideal.. Even my friends say it looks too upturned and that they can see all my nostrils from the side.. I'm not supposed to smoke, but every time I look in the mirror, I end up smoking My original nose wasn't even enough of a complex to call it that.. But my current nose is so stressful.. How does it look to everyone.??
