From about 3 to 4 months after surgery, when I smiled, something inside my nose would go pop-pop, and it kept popping for almost 2 months. After that, the shape of my nose seemed to change too.. Inside my nose, it felt like something was popping loose while going pop-pop. If it was the septal cartilage that came loose, what happens? Do I need to have surgery again?
