It’s been two months since my nose surgery. It was a revision surgery. When I said I wanted a high, defined nose, they recommended costal cartilage, so I did it with costal cartilage. My nose wasn’t a bulbous nose or a hump nose. It was an easy nose to operate on. Now that two months have passed, I keep seeing problems. The nasal bridge suddenly sank in, (I wanted a straight nose. I told them I wanted a nose that came straight down from just past the glabella area..) On the glabella side where the silicone was inserted, the silicone on the right side is floating up, so I can feel it if I press it with my hand. And there’s more shadowing on the right side. The silicone.. it looks almost white. And the columella area is shifted to one side. Inside the nostril, the costal cartilage is protruding, so my nose is blocked every day. And from the front, there is absolutely no change. When I mentioned this one month after surgery, they said it was because of scar tissue. Does scar tissue make the silicone crooked and palpable, and make the columella shift to one side?? Ah.. I go to the hospital so often, and every time I ask, it’s always the same answer. It’s swelling.. It’s scar tissue.. I’m going crazy. I really want revision surgery.. I came all the way from the provinces to Gangnam to have it done, and I keep wondering what this is.. What should I do..........
