First surgery> I had the nasal tip raised just slightly without an implant, using ear cartilage, but it drooped a bit Revision> At another hospital, they said they would make it just a little higher, so I got silicone + septal cartilage, but this time it lifted slightly and my nostrils became uneven...... Since both times in a row, the nasal tip seems to have been the problem, I’m wondering if I should use my remaining costal cartilage for the really, really, really, really, really, really final surgery For everyone who has had nose surgery 3 times, was your skin okay? I’m also scared about what will happen to the skin if the same area is touched for a third time If I use rib cartilage and it droops again or gets contracture, I think it would be so hard..... I keep wondering if I chose the wrong hospitals I did as much online research as I could, and the consultation for the revision was good I’m planning to go for consultations again this time at JW and JS, which I had put on hold, but during the last revision both of them recommended septal cartilage So when I go this time, the biggest issue is whether costal cartilage would be okay... Looking at reviews for both, I also saw more reviews about ear cartilage or septal cartilage than costal cartilage
달방이 People do it 5 times, even 7 times, and of course the skin will gradually get thinner, but as long as it’s not a revision done too soon and the skin has recovered, it should be okay.
울댕댕먼지 That must cost so much money..........
푸티니 I’ve done it three times, but now I don’t want to do it anymore If it’s going to be the last time, I recommend costal cartilage
진휘지니 Agreed, choosing a hospital is the hardest
나는몰라유암것도 Why not try going to a private clinic for revision rhinoplasty too.. The place where I had surgery, ORB, had a really good consultation. They check everything like cartilage and skin characteristics
강독대 [@Dalbangi] It’ll be well over half a year before I do it.. thank you...
냐옹냐옹검냥이 Right, for me too, going around for hospital consultations is so exhaustingㅏㅏ

Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoJul 18 It seems like some friends are curious why no one knows how much dermis will be absorbed, so I’ll share what I know.
My last nose surgery was 7 years ago, and I’m currently developing contracture. I think it started noticeably shortening little by little about 2 years afterward. For my last nose, the bridge is silicone and the nasal tip is ear cartilage.
