Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redo

It seems like some friends are curious why no one knows how much dermis will be absorbed, so I’ll share what I know.

My last nose surgery was 7 years ago, and I’m currently developing contracture. I think it started noticeably shortening little by little about 2 years afterward. For my last nose, the bridge is silicone and the nasal tip is ear cartilage. Now I have to do my final surgery, and there are so many methods, like dermis or autologous costal cartilage. This doesn’t get organized all at once, and learning one thing at a time while going around to clinics takes too much time and energy, and it’s emotionally sad too, so I’m going to briefly organize just a few things I know.
