It’s been 7 months since I had surgery with silicone and septal cartilage, and I still have redness on the nasal bridge. I have a feeling of pressure too, and lots of minor symptoms are bothering me so much that I want to remove it. I want total removal, but I’ve seen people say the nose collapses if you remove a septal extension, so if anyone here has had it removed, please tell me your review ㅠㅠㅠ Does it change a lot from your original nose? Or I am thinking about removing only the silicone, but I’m worried there will be a severe step-off and my nose will become like Pinocchio ㅠ How are nasal bridge narrowing/irregularity and nasal bridge height? Why did I ever do my nose? Every day I’m mentally struggling.

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
