It's been 6 months since I had surgery and I'm planning to have removal surgery on October 21. If I don't remove the capsule during removal, will the bridge of the nose be hard? Can it become soft like before even if the capsule isn't removed? And if the septum in the nasal tip isn't removed, then the pig-nose shape won't work either, and the tip of the nose will keep being hard, right? I guess I have to remove it, right?
