I had a revision surgery with silicone, ear cartilage, and septal cartilage. I got an inflammation from the silicone, so I had only the silicone removed again. I left the ear cartilage and septal cartilage as they were. But even after removing the silicone, why is the bridge of my nose so high? The doctor said he removed all the capsule too, but I don't know if this is swelling or the height itselfㅠㅠ My nasal bridge was already higher than before the surgeryㅠㅠ It's day 17 now. Also, after removing the silicone, my nasal tip looks way too long and everything looks weird. I want to remove the septal cartilage and nasal cartilage again, but it hasn't been long since the silicone was removed. Is it possible to remove the rest right away too? And what is the reason for the height after removing the siliconeㅠㅠ
