Softness of the nasal tip and the flesh above the nostril wings.. (drawing) Please answer…

I’m not good at drawing.. but I thought it would be easier to understand than having nothing.. It has been 32 days since I had the nasal tip suturing and ear cartilage removed.. Around 3 weeks, when looking at my nose from below, the outer flesh wrapping around the nasal tip, I guess I should call it.. the area marked in green above, started to become a little soft. The area marked in red is where the incision was made with the closed approach.. That area feels very hard when I touch it from inside the nose. Starting from there, the area inside the nose colored blue is still hard.. I think that inner area is probably where the cartilage was sutured and the ear cartilage had been inserted.. The red area inside the nostril where the closed incision was made is hard, so I’m anxious.. I wonder if the inside is in this state too.. As the hardness gradually loosens from the outside, does the inside also become soft and squishy? For reference, I can move my nose sideways and make a pig nose too.. I’m also diligently taking Lizaben and supplements.. and doing massage and warm compresses whenever I can.. The nasal tip still looks puffy and raised when seen from the side.. It is less than when the ear cartilage was in, but.. from the front, because of the flesh above and beside the nostril wings, the part above the very end of the nostril wings, not the absolute tip, looks blunt and bulky.. It feels like the inside part of the nose mentioned above needs to soften so it can settle down from inside the nose, and then this unnatural-looking nasal tip area will disappear.. Is that right? Anyway, I’m waiting, but it’s frustrating. I wish there were something more I could do...
