But I liked and trusted the part where Director Kim Jin-jung said that during surgery, he would open the nose and use the septal cartilage if it could be used, and if not, harvest and use costal cartilage. I had already had alar reduction before, so even though the consultation with the director was a bit cool and brief, I could feel that he was skilled, and I had also seen a lot through the manager and reviews, so I decided to proceed with revision surgery.
