At other hospitals, they all said that because my nose has very thin skin and is small, and because it would be a revision surgery, I would need to use costal cartilage. But I liked and trusted the part where Director Kim Jin-jung said that during surgery he would open the nose and use the septal cartilage if it could be used, and if not, he would harvest and use costal cartilage. I had already had alar reduction done by the director, so even though the consultation was a bit cool, I could feel that he was skilled, and I had seen a lot through the consultant and reviews, so I decided on revision surgery.
