I had my first surgery about 7 years ago, you know? Back then, honestly, I didn’t know much. I thought it had gone well.

For me, I used ear cartilage, donated costal cartilage, and silicone, and while correcting my hump nose, bulbous nose, and short nose, I also had the silicone replaced! When I saw it later, wow, it really felt so relieving.. Thinking about it now, I honestly don’t know why I used that back then. The low nose that stressed me out the most is now properly in place, and it really feels like all the stress I had has flown away..
It has been one month, but at this point, the swelling has gone down pretty well, I think? And the shape came out nicely too. I’m not the only one thinking that, right?
