I had alar base reduction about 6 years ago. If I didn’t like it, one after-service correction was possible within 1 year (excluding anesthesia cost). I was highly satisfied after alar base reduction. Once the nose was made smaller, it felt like the nasal bridge also looked higher?? I recommend it for people with very wide nostril wings!! And I think it’s important to match both sides symmetrically.
