First, my current condition and needs are as follows 1. Prefer a straight-to-slightly-curved line, low nasal bridge, low brow bone, and flat forehead 2. Want somewhere between natural-glam and natural, but my nasal tip has thick, abundant fat and it’s a bulbous nose, so if I go natural-glam, it’ll probably come out natural (but while going to consultations, they said it’s not a bulbous nose) 3. Desired nose shape based on celebrities: Jisoo, Roh Yoon-seo 4. I want to raise the nasal bridge, but my glabella is narrow, so raise it as much as possible without making my eyes look close-set 5. Make the nasal bridge silicone not look like chalk (skin over the nasal bridge is thin) 6. Want to use ear cartilage or septal cartilage for the nasal tip (no autologous costal cartilage, first surgery) 7. Make the nasal tip slightly slimmer, but not a pinched nose x I want the nasal tip to be natural 8. Lower the columella so the nostrils show less from the front 9. Overall feel: natural ~ natural-glam. If the doctor thinks the nose I want doesn’t suit my face, I want a nose style recommended that fits the balance of my face from the doctor’s perspective. When looking at my face, my eyes are big, and I have some cheekbones and lower face, but my nose is also big, so I’m a bit dissatisfied.. I hope people’s gaze can focus on my eyes rather than my nose at first impression.

Apgujeong ㅋㅇ (my friend did it there and it turned out well.. acquaintance discount, Director ㄱㅊㄱ) - 3.5mm - Let’s lower the columella, midface is on the shorter side, baby-like nose, so let’s go for a refined style - Didn’t worry much about the glabella issue (both the director and consultant) - Kind and overall explained in detail, but the director seems to have a definite style - Nose for 25 years, private clinic - No CT scan - CCTV exists, but viewing is not allowed - 2 surgeries per day - Visits on D+2/5/7 for cotton removal, splint taping, suture removal - It’s a private clinic, so I wondered why it was this cheap? Why won’t they let me see the CCTV? - Separately, my friend’s nose really turned out well...ㅅㅅ
2. Apgujeong ㅇㅈ (Director ㅇㅇㅈ) - No need to write a review - A/S within 3 years - Guardian can watch CCTV in real time - Performs 2 surgeries per day - 3mm is the max, starts from the middle (glabella issue) - Worried a lot about the glabella issue, belongs to the side that says the front view is much more important than the side view, so raise it naturally - Ear cartilage only (no septal cartilage) - Director prefers the nasal tip to move naturally (using septal cartilage makes it stiff) - No CT scan - Postoperative care and swelling laser all provided (visit the day after surgery, day 4, day 7 / after one month / after 6 months) - Nose for 20 years, private clinic - Let’s lower the columella, nose is upturned - I asked them to correct my bulbous nose, but they said it’s not a bulbous nose
3. Apgujeong ㄱㄹㅂ (Director ㄴㅂㅇ) - A/S 10 years - CCTV must be requested in advance 24 hours before (15 days) - The director somehow looked very busy and tired,, It is a large hospital, but I don’t think there would be substitute surgery - 2 surgeries (1 if under general anesthesia) - I like the 3D custom implant - Postoperative care (visit on day 7 / after one month / after 6 months) - Consultant recommended 3mm, director recommended 4~5mm - Nose for 20 years, large hospital, but there are 2 nose doctors and this is the representative director
4. Gangnam Station ㅇㅂㄹ (Director ㄱㄷㅇ) - A/S 1 year - CT scan done - If you bring a guardian, CCTV can be watched in real time - I like the 3D customized silicone > Need another consultation 2 weeks before surgery, they said they design it while discussing together - Most expensive. Since it’s a basic nose surgery (nasal bridge, nasal tip), I thought it would be less expensive, but it’s 1.5 million won more expensive than other places.. - Director is kind. There were parts where each hospital said different things and I couldn’t understand, but it all got resolved - Maybe they knew I was a customer who had been to several hospitals; as soon as I sat down, they stated all my needs and started by talking about what points I must be worried/concerned about after having looked around a lot - Surgery reservations are also tight. I want to do it ASAP, but there are only 3 slots left in July - I asked them to correct my bulbous nose, but they said it’s not a bulbous nose. Rather, they said it’s a slightly pinched nose. - They said they plan to operate in the direction of making it as natural as possible and not raising it too much - I brought celebrity photos (Roh Yoon-seo, Jisoo), but they said they don’t suit me and are not the nose direction they are talking about. They told me to bring photos again.
I’m planning to visit Gangnam Station ㅁㅌ soon too, and after consulting there, if ㅁㅌ isn’t good, I think I’ll put down a deposit at ㅇㅂㄹ! (The reason I’m drawn to ㅁㅌ is that they say they wake you up in the middle and show you the nose shape, and that really appeals to me)
