I’m satisfied with the shape after surgery. But that straight silicone mark that shows up in photos.. I really hate how it looks. And the nasal bridge is so high that I feel like people notice right away. haha It’s not like I originally had no bridge at all, but I had 4 mm or 4.5 mm of silicone put in. Do you think that was too much? These days I keep thinking I want to remove the silicone. It’s not only because it looks obvious. If a surgically done nose could stay exactly the same for 10 or 20 years, I’d think about it less.. But someday inflammation will happen or the shape will change, and I’ll have to either have revision surgery or remove it. This large silicone is inside my nose.. I also want to remove it quickly before the skin of my nose stretches more.. I know that because the nasal tip was worked on a lot, it won’t go back 100% to before surgery. But if I’ll end up taking it out later anyway, wouldn’t it be better to remove it even a little earlier? How does my nose look to everyone here..? In my opinion, it seems like the typical obvious nose shape that people who’ve had rhinoplasty can recognize right away.. haha
